1. Who is responsible

2. Data minimization
This website is designed not to collect personal data intentionally. It has no forms that send data to a server, no registration, file uploads, tracking cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or fingerprinting, and it does not load resources from third-party websites.
As with any website, however, the hosting infrastructure generates technical server logs when the site is visited, as described in section 5.
3. Self-assessment tools
Answers to the AI questionnaires are processed only in your browser. They are not sent to our server and are not stored in your browser after you close the page.
4. Contacting us
The website displays a phone number, a WhatsApp link and an email address. When you choose a channel, your message is sent through your own app, not through the website.
The website also offers a contact form (name, phone, email and message). Providing these details is voluntary and allows us to reply to you. The form does not send the information to the website server and does not store it: "Send by email" opens the email app on your device with the message, and "Send via WhatsApp" opens the WhatsApp app with the message. The message is sent only if you confirm sending in the app. The message reaches the Firm only if you choose to send it, and it may then also be processed by the email and communication providers used by you and by the Firm.
- WhatsApp is a Meta Platforms service. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to its terms and privacy policy.
- Information received in an inquiry to the Firm is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry, manage the relationship, meet legal and professional obligations and protect the Firm's rights, depending on the circumstances. The Firm periodically reviews the information it holds and reduces or deletes information that is no longer needed for the purposes for which it is held, subject to applicable law.
- Information received after a professional engagement begins is retained in accordance with the Firm's legal and professional obligations.
- Please do not include sensitive data, documents or client details in a first message.
5. Technical data
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. To operate and secure the service, the host creates server logs that may include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and browser details. Log retention is determined by the applicable configuration and policy of the hosting provider. The Firm does not use them for advertising, profiling or behavioral analysis, and may review them only for security and troubleshooting.
6. Security
The website is static, served over HTTPS and protected by a Content Security Policy that blocks code from external sources. No online system is completely immune.
7. Your rights under Israeli law
The Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 gives you, among other rights, the right to access information about you held in a database, and to request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. Requests may be sent to the address in section 1.
8. Visitors from the EEA and the UK
To the extent GDPR or UK GDPR applies:
- Lawful basis: server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing the website. Information in an inquiry is processed to respond to it, as a step prior to entering into an engagement or on the basis of legitimate interest.
- Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, subject to applicable law.
- Complaints: you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
- Transfers: Israel and Switzerland are both recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.
9. Changes
This policy will be updated when the website, infrastructure or law changes. The date of the latest update appears at the top.
